These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our webshop at www.soulbeatsstudio.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Orders
We offer both physical and/or digital products. All physical products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or change prices and descriptions at any time.
Order Process
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts,
- You are at least 18 years old.
A contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in [Currency, EUR] and include VAT as required by EU law.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch or access (for digital products).
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the EU and selected international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delays due to customs, courier handling, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.

We do not accept returns on Digital Products. Returns only apply on standard Physical goods that are not customized.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund the payments received (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
You must return the product(s) at your own cost unless they were defective or incorrect. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content (e.g., downloadable files) once the download has started with your consent,
- Custom or personalised products made to your specifications.
By purchasing digital goods, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the download or access begins.
7. Returns and Refunds (After the Withdrawal Period)
After the 14-day withdrawal window, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, illustrations, digital downloads, text, and images, is the property of Soul Beats Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or business opportunities.
Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the value of the order itself.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and EU regulations.
